You will drive daily performance through inventory management, visual merchandising, sales initiatives, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees toward sales goals
Maintain Skechers displays and store layouts
Monitor stock levels and manage restocking processes
Oversee scheduling, opening, closing, and operational systems
Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges
Requirements: Sales management experience delivering results and meeting targets
Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
Solid organizational skills for inventory and operations
Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays
