The Senior Financial Analyst partners with the Financial Planning and Analysis team supporting the Canadian Fulfillment network. You will report productivity, wage, volume, mix, and labor efficiency drivers at network and regional levels. The work includes stakeholder influence, reporting improvements, and solution deployment.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain weekly business reviews and flash reports
Develop monthly reviews, forecasts, and reporting models
Report productivity, wage, volume, and mix drivers
Standardize labor efficiency impact calculations




Identify reporting and business performance improvement areas
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Three or more years of relevant finance experience
Ability to influence business owners independently
Experience creating accurate financial models and recommendations preferred
Continuous improvement experience with measurable results preferred
Bring financial analysis, labor efficiency reporting, and operational partnership skills to Amazon's Canadian Customer Fulfillment network.
