As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support collision repair operations through customer communication, rental coordination, towing arrangements, and repair order accuracy. The position requires at least one year of similar customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Solid Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge supports daily administration. Attention to detail, effective communication, and multitasking are essential for maintaining work quality and positive NPS results.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers positively in person and by phone
Confirm rental vehicle reservations and towing requests




Communicate updates with customers and insurance personnel
Follow up on assignments and confirm customer appointments
Reconcile repair orders and manage accounts receivable
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of similar customer service experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
Valid driver's license and strong attention to detail
