Paladin Security seeks a Security Supervisor for The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. You will guide guards, coordinate daily operations, and liaise with hospital leadership and emergency services. The work includes de-escalation, incident reporting, patrols, audits, and safety planning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, schedule, and guide assigned security guards
Manage briefings, attendance, patrols, audits, and assignments
Maintain visible security across patient care areas
Respond to emergency codes, alarms, calls, and incidents




Investigate and document complaints, incidents, and operational updates
Requirements: Previous security supervisory experience
Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and background screening
Valid immunisation record meeting hospital requirements
Apply security leadership, emergency response, and conflict resolution skills while supporting SickKids patients, families, visitors, and staff.
