Our valued client is looking for a Snr M Developer to develop software solutions within the MS ecosystem % remote, part time, initial 1-2 month contract.

Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and determine which combination of Microsoft tools (examples include but are not limited to Teams, Share

Point, Planner, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot) should be leveraged to meet a given business goal.

Determine the appropriate development approach, avoiding over-engineering and ensuring that solutions are sustainable, governed and aligned with enterprise capabilities to achieve business goal(s).

Develop, and implement solutions within the clients Microsoft ecosystem.

Develop documentation to ensure that clients staff can conduct on-going support and maintenance and provide training.

Hold a kick-off meeting to discuss planned activities, schedule,



roles/responsibilities and existing issues.

Review contracting business process map and business requirements and understand the goal and desired outcome.

Provide recommendations on Microsoft solutions that exist within the clients existing environment that can help achieve the desired goal.

Design and implement the chosen solution.

Including, but not limited to, building automate flows, dashboards and a contract request intake tool with dynamic questionnaires with approval workflows.

Must Have Skills: 10+ years experience as a Snr M Software Developer Experience with MS Tools - Teams, Share

Point, Planner, Power Platform, Viva, Copilo
