As a Protection Support Worker with North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services, you will support children and families through the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team. Services are provided to children in the Agency’s care and approved placements. This casual position requires human services experience, flexibility, and travel as required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide preventative services to children and families
Provide protective services through child protection services
Support children in the Agency’s care
Support children in approved placements




Work within Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing services
Requirements: College Diploma in Human Services
Minimum three years’ relevant human services experience
Ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Minimum G2 licence, willingness to obtain G Class, and vehicle access
Bring human services experience, legislative knowledge, and protective practice to children and families served in Timmins.
