This Client Service Specialist serves as a primary client contact while supporting Relationship Managers. The position handles inquiries, manages expectations, and coordinates ongoing banking needs across Commercial Banking Distribution. Your work helps deliver service standards while meeting compliance, operational, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive resolution for client questions and challenges
Deliver quality experiences while adhering to service level agreements
Collect information needed to assess client risk profiles
Support clients during initial and ongoing account usage
Maintain effective operational and compliance controls
Requirements: Degree or equivalent skilled experience
One to three years of relevant financial services experience
Excellent oral and written French and English communication
Strong accuracy, customer focus, and results focus
Ability to prioritize concurrent requests and manage time
