Working at the Kingsway location, you will support customers through personalized frame and lens recommendations. You will collaborate with retail and clinical teams while maintaining Specsavers standards. The position requires a valid provincial dispensing optician licence and at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in optical dispensing.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret optical prescriptions from eye care professionals
Recommend frames, lenses, treatments, and current promotions
Complete dispensing measurements using digital tools




Conduct eyewear quality assurance checks
Resolve after-care complaints and support contact lens recommendations
Requirements: Hold a valid provincial Dispensing Optician License
Be registered with the College of Opticians
Have at least two years of customer service experience
Remain organized and composed under pressure
Be available for weekend and evening retail hours
Use licensed optical expertise, customer guidance, and quality checks to support Specsavers customers at its Burnaby Kingsway location.
