This Service Technician supports Hobart’s commercial food equipment customers across Kingston and surrounding areas. The work involves kitchen equipment repairs, installation assistance, preventative maintenance contracts, and product demonstrations. Candidates should work with limited supervision while applying mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude.
Key Responsibilities: Service commercial food preparation and kitchen equipment
Assist others with equipment installations and major repairs
Attend service training schools and field training




Help obtain service and preventative maintenance contracts
Assist with product demonstrations
Requirements: Previous residential or commercial appliance repair experience is an asset
Robust troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge
Ability to read wiring diagrams is an asset
Ability to learn new technology
Ability to travel to the USA for training
