This full-time, three-month contract sits within AHP – Physiotherapy in Peterborough, UK. You will provide community-based interventions while supporting recovery and independence. The work involves rehabilitation, orthopaedic physiotherapy, holistic assessment, and integrated collaboration with health and social care professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver physiotherapy interventions within patients’ homes
Complete holistic and falls risk assessments
Develop and review personalised treatment plans
Recommend and provide minor mobility equipment
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Requirements: Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
Full UK driving licence for community visits
Experience in rehabilitation and orthopaedic physiotherapy
Previous community physiotherapy experience is desirable
Robust assessment, planning, and communication skills
Use evidence-based rehabilitation, clinical assessment, and collaborative practice to promote mobility, independence, and quality of life.
