You will diagnose issues, follow instructions, document completed work, and represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Complete general building maintenance and repairs
Assist with carpentry, drywall, and renovation projects
Perform water damage remediation and door repairs

Participate in rotating emergency on-call shifts
