Build accurate financial records for Driven Brands as a Charlotte-based Senior General Ledger Accountant focused on reconciliations, journal entries, and close activities. GAAP guides the work.
This Senior Accountant supports the Accounting Manager and Franchise Business segment. You will own assigned general ledger accounts, maintain account integrity, prepare accounting entries, and preserve supporting workpapers. The position also documents internal controls and answers requests from internal customers.
Key Responsibilities: Own assigned general ledger accounts and verify application consistency
Create, upload, and modify entries in the accounting system
Maintain supporting workpapers according to GAAP and policies




Perform close activities within monthly and quarterly deadlines
Establish productive accounting and cross-department relationships
Requirements: Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Three to five years of accounting experience preferred
Experience obtaining and analyzing ERP system data
Proficiency with Excel and pivot tables
Effective time management and ability to multitask
Bring general ledger ownership, ERP analysis, Excel proficiency, and GAAP discipline to Driven Brands’ Charlotte accounting team.
