Dexian seeks detail-oriented analysts for Segregation, Trade Inputs, and Settlements within a financial services environment. You will process trade-related requests, maintain bookkeeping records, coordinate share movements, and support settlement activities. The six-month contract may allow extension or conversion.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily Segregation, Trade Inputs, and Settlements operations
Verify requests against relevant bookkeeping records
Monitor depository records and outstanding share deliveries
Coordinate extensions and confirm expected share receipt dates
Prepare settlement and share movement reports
Requirements: Administrative, financial operations, or transaction processing experience
Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data entry and recordkeeping experience
Ability to meet deadlines while processing high information volumes
Support compliant trade settlement operations through accurate records, broker communication, Excel, and organized follow-up.
