Synechron is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in Mississauga. You will deliver hands-on L1/L2 production support for Front Office platforms, handle incidents, and coordinate with engineering and infrastructure to ensure platform stability.
The role requires ITIL proficiency, robust SQL, Linux/Unix troubleshooting, and experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Hybrid work, onboarding, and ongoing learning opportunities are included.
