Drive wedding sales and client relationships for Corner Collection in Old Montreal, managing events across Hôtel Nelligan and Hôtel Place d’Armes.
As Wedding & Social Events Manager, you will own the complete event lifecycle across two boutique hotels. You will guide inquiries, conversions, planning, delivery, and follow-up while balancing revenue performance with guest experience. The role requires negotiation, pipeline management, hospitality systems, and bilingual French-English communication.
Key Responsibilities: Manage weddings and social events from inquiry through post-event follow-up
Develop pipelines and improve conversion across varying event sizes
Lead site visits, presentations, proposals, and client interactions
Build relationships with planners, clients,



and referral partners
Coordinate timelines, menus, setups, requests, BEOs, and documentation
Requirements: Three to five years of event sales experience or more
Strong exposure to weddings and social events
Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with Opera, OSEM, or equivalent systems
Fluency in French and English with adaptable availability
