You will handle journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and monthly financial statements. The position combines accounting fundamentals with real estate operations, including general ledger maintenance, budgeting, and tax preparation support.
Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close with journal entries and accruals
Prepare residential portfolio financial statements and variance analysis
Maintain general ledger accuracy and completeness




Complete weekly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Support budgets, forecasts, audits, and property integrations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Two to four years of accounting experience
Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Month-end close experience and Excel proficiency
Solid accuracy, communication, and prioritization skills
