As Associate Director, Medical Information, you will serve as a product and scientific data expert. The role focuses on developing medical response documents, supporting inquiries, guiding Call Center colleagues, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You will also contribute to scientific content and product support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead medical response document development and maintenance
Support inquiry management and guide Call Center colleagues
Develop value dossiers, scientific Q&A;, slide decks, and white papers
Review materials for scientific and medical accuracy




Analyze case and call volume trends for insights
Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD
Two to three years of Medical Information experience
Ten-plus years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
English and Canadian French bilingual proficiency
Ability to travel, including up to 25% congress attendance
Apply medical information expertise, scientific content development, and product support skills within Regeneron’s Toronto-based Medical Affairs team.
