The Wickaninnish Inn is seeking a Housekeeping Leader to manage the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department and lead a high-performing team. This role sits on the Senior Management Team and drives adherence to luxury standards including Relais & Châteaux, Forbes and AAA guidelines.
You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and the pursuit of exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the inn's safety and cleanliness commitments. Evening/weekend availability is expected.
