Design enterprise data solutions remotely from Ottawa, using storage expertise and customer discovery to support NetApp customers and partners. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own technical customer relationships while partnering with Enterprise Client Executives. You will architect NetApp solutions across SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, and data protection environments. The role supports existing accounts, net-recent opportunities, and strategic enterprise deals while collaborating with channel partners, Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services. You will connect technical capabilities with business value throughout complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as technical lead and trusted enterprise account advisor Partner with Client Executives on strategy, pipeline,



and closing Lead discovery sessions covering challenges, gaps, and future goals Architect and configure solutions across the NetApp portfolio Engage customers on AI readiness, data strategy, and recovery Requirements:

Seven or more years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering Enterprise or Fortune 1000 complex sales experience Strong infrastructure, storage, SAN, NAS, block, and file background Hybrid cloud, virtualization, and disaster recovery familiarity Based in the Ottawa Canada metro area Bring enterprise storage architecture, strategic discovery, and technical sales expertise to NetApp customers across the Ottawa territory.
