About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join their team, available to work remotely. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads for their clients. You will conduct in-depth keyword research, perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and off-page link building. The ideal candidate possesses a robust analytical mindset, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and hands-on experience with various SEO tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content and optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and recommend solutions to improve website performance and crawlability.

• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and website credibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates, providing regular performance reports with insights.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
• Keep abreast of competitor SEO strategies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Experience with website analytics and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects in a remote setting.
• Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads are advantageous.
