This Personal Finance Advisor role serves mainly individual members and businesses. You listen to needs, provide advice suited to financial situations, and help clients select solutions supporting their goals. You stay current on markets, industry practices, legislation, and products while coordinating with partners and experts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop lasting and trusting business relationships
Listen to member and client financial needs
Follow up and identify service improvement areas
Stay current on markets and industry best practices
Participate in caisse community outreach activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of current financial and economic events
Knowledge of compliance legislation for financial products
Knowledge of Desjardins processes, policies, and standards
