Questrade Financial Group in Toronto seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee CASL, AML/FINTRAC programs, licensing renewals, and data privacy governance. You will automate identity verifications, monitor marketing flows, and work with Operations, Product, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment across provinces.
Ideal candidates have a strong compliance background, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex, matrixed projects in a hybrid Canada-wide setting.
