Remote from Canada, you will lead phone and Zoom consultations while applying client intake and sales skills for Maimone Legal.
As a Client Intake Specialist, you will learn clients’ backgrounds, goals, timelines, and urgency regarding moves to the U.S. You will explain attorney services, guide next steps, and support signed retainer agreements. Experience in sales, consultations, customer service, or legal intake is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Run seven to ten scheduled phone and Zoom consultations daily
Learn clients’ goals, timelines, backgrounds, and urgency
Explain services and attorney support for immigration cases
Guide clients forward and collect signed retainer agreements
Follow up quickly and update the CRM daily
Requirements: Live in Canada and hold Canadian work authorization
Experience in sales, consultations, or customer service
Skilled phone and Zoom communication skills
Quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection
Availability for Eastern Time evenings and weekends
Use consultation, follow-up, and client communication skills to connect prospective U.S. immigration clients with Maimone Legal attorneys.
