Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist (10+ years) to lead organizational change initiatives using Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and ERP transformation experience Join a major business and Information Technology Services transformation initiative supporting large-scale organizational change.

This role will lead the development and execution of Organizational Change Management strategy, planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.

The engagement supports ongoing transformation initiatives with onsite collaboration in Winnipeg as required.

Experience supporting ERP implementations and operating model transformations is considered a significant asset.

Must Haves Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP certification 10+ years applying Change Management principles, methodologies,



and tools 8+ years in a project management workplace supporting large-scale organizational change OCM strategy development and execution supporting organizational transformations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Nice to Have ERP implementation change initiatives Operating model transformation experience Project lifecycle and project management methodology familiarity Visio software Experience supporting organizational design and role definition Responsibilities Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans Lead change management activities supporting business and ITS transformation initiatives Assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder requirements Create communications, training, stakeholder, and resistance management plans Support the design and delivery of training programs and communications Integrate change management activities into project plans Track change progress, stakeholder issues, and user readiness metrics
