Lead the new Beyond the Bell program at White Rock Christian Academy with communication, teamwork, and a warm approach to children.
This continuing ECE Program Lead Educator role supports children from Kindergarten through Grade 5. You will work directly with children while supporting the ECE Program Coordinator. The position helps provide consistency across daily programming in a Christ-centred educational setting.
Key Responsibilities: Support delegated operational responsibilities within Beyond the Bell
Assist with delegated programming responsibilities and daily consistency
Serve as a resource for other educators
Take responsibility for designated tasks, activities, or operating areas
Work directly with Kindergarten through Grade 5 children
Requirements: Experience with school-age children is an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Warm, patient, relational approach with children
Ability to work independently while contributing positively
Commitment to WRCA values and Christ-centred education
Support Beyond the Bell through child-focused leadership, organized programming, strong communication, and Christ-centred care at WRCA.
