Key Responsibilities: Lead associates in customer relationships and exceptional service
Manage performance through development, communication, and recognition
Review reports and recommend inventory improvements
Maintain in-stock and overhead organization plans




Communicate promotions, safety, and asset protection standards
Requirements: One to two years supervising or leading teams
Versatile availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and decision-making abilities
Problem-solving skills for customer and business issues
