Support store operations at Michaels Edmonton-West through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and customer-focused retail service. This seasonal position includes diverse physical store duties.
As a Seasonal Team Member, you will help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while assisting customers with products and solutions. Responsibilities include planograms, SISO, AD sets, returns, general recovery, shrink and safety programs, and adherence to company standards. You will also cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
Maintain merchandise recovery and general store standards
Complete returns, go backs, SISO, and AD sets
Support shrink, safety,



SOP, and company programs
Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
Requirements: Retail or customer service experience preferred
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
Must satisfy applicable Canadian legal requirements
Use stocking, recovery, physical retail, and Custom Framing capabilities to support Michaels store operations in Edmonton-West.
