The Live Events Intern reports to the Events Manager and supports programs ranging from small to large-scale internal events. This internship develops communication with large audiences and individual department representatives while contributing to effective event delivery. Event planning experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute event information to departments
Generate accurate estimates following operational policies
Brief event staff during event days
Update calendars, schedules, and weekly venue information
Assist Event Managers and Programming teams as requested
Requirements: University or college enrollment in event-related studies
Outgoing, diplomatic, and self-motivated approach
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Integrity, confidentiality, discretion, and positive attitude
Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
