Support You Move Me’s United States locations as a Financial Accountant from Codix Management Ltd.’s Vancouver office. Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
This Corporate Accountant role owns full-cycle accounting for 8+ corporately owned moving locations. You will maintain clean books, complete month-end close, and provide reports operators and executives use. The position partners with Codix’s CFO, Director of Finance, Corporate Administrator, and finance team across multi-entity operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare subsidiary financial statements and support group consolidation reporting
Close the month and deliver location-level financial reports
Analyze variances and explain results beyond the numbers
Maintain corporate records, supporting schedules, and working papers




Support audits, United States sales tax, and corporate tax filings
Requirements: Two to four years of full-cycle accounting experience
Proven month-end closing and deadline-based reporting experience
Financial statement preparation and results analysis experience
United States payroll, sales tax, or multi-state accounting experience preferred
CPA designation or active progress toward one is an asset
