As an Operations Officer III, you will provide operational support across Personal and Commercial Banking. Your work includes specialized transactions, process analysis, risk management, and partner requests. You will also support improvements, change initiatives, and team knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities: Execute complex transactions and authorized overrides accurately
Analyze operational issues and recommend process improvements
Escalate high-risk matters to appropriate internal partners
Support change projects with clear process documentation
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to teammates
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
One or more years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of products, processes, and systems
Understanding of operational regulations and requirements
