Key Responsibilities: Ensure personalized service meets Relais & Châteaux, AAA, and Forbes standards
Act as Spa Manager during their absence
Support scheduling, training, payroll, reviews, and performance management
Maintain spa cleanliness, equipment, storage, and working spaces
Respond to guest assistance requests and concerns
Requirements:



Minimum two years’ management experience in a luxury facility
Previous Massage Practitioner experience and 1000 massage education hours
Superior human resources, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cost management, and inventory
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift work
