AgeCare's Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides skilled nursing care to residents per required medical care and nursing standards. The RPN also directs Personal Support Workers under College of Nurses standards.
In collaboration with the RN, you will ensure care plans are followed, liaise with physicians, and participate in shift reports to keep the team informed of resident status changes. Ontario licensure is required.
