The Overnight House Attendant maintains guest corridors, elevators, stairwells, public areas, fitness centers, and hallways. This position performs housekeeping and minor maintenance duties throughout the night while supporting late-arriving guests and the front desk. Attention to detail, reliability, communication, and calm overnight judgment are important.
Key Responsibilities: Perform janitorial duties throughout assigned property areas
Maintain public areas, fitness centers, and hallways overnight
Restock housekeeping areas and carts for next shifts
Respond to requests for towels, linens, and amenities
Conduct interior and exterior property patrols
Requirements: Housekeeping, maintenance, or security experience preferred
Solid attention to detail, reliability, and self-motivation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain alert and calm overnight
Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk extensively
