As a Security Guard, you will enforce property standards, support safe operations, and respond to incidents across client sites. The work includes patrols, emergency response, customer service, and detailed reporting. Guardteck operates under Kandor Management Corp., alongside Everclean Facility Services and Kendrix Technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Enforce property standards, rules, and regulations reasonably
Monitor CCTV systems and conduct foot patrols
Control access and manage lines for patrons
Respond to emergencies and assist responders
Prepare detailed memo and incident reports
Requirements: Valid BC Security license and OFA 1 certificate
At least one year of security experience
Solid English verbal and written communication
Ability to patrol eight to twelve hours
Professional, observant, proactive, and composed under pressure
Bring security experience, emergency readiness, and sound judgment to Guardteck’s access control, patrol, and incident response operations.
