This existing-vacancy position supports residents in a care community. You will maintain accountability for nursing and personal care within your training and licensure. The work includes resident assessments, documentation, medication administration, and communication with families and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing and personal care within licensed scope
Administer prescribed medications and monitor resident changes
Maintain resident records and required clinical documentation
Complete assessments and assist with care plan development
Report incidents, transfers, deaths, and significant condition changes
Requirements: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Current valuable standing with BCCNM
CPR Level C or Healthcare Provider certification
Minimum one year of nursing experience
