Lead technology operations strategy and planning for TD’s BWI Technology Team as Assistant Vice President, working onsite in Toronto. Guide senior leaders through execution.
Act as Chief Operating Officer to the segment CIO within TD’s Business Management, Strategy & Support line of business. This leadership role covers operating routines, transformation governance, reporting, resource forecasting, financial integrity, and location strategy. You will build trusted-advisor capabilities and strengthen collaboration across GTS, business, and support functions. The position requires strategic influence across complex technology operations.
Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating routines
Establish objectives, targets, governance, and operating standards




Deliver metrics and reporting for actionable decision support
Develop resource management models, utilization, and capacity reporting
Partner on financial governance and location strategy
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years of related experience
Five or more years of people management experience
Finance or accounting experience is an asset
Experience guiding senior leaders through operational implications
Bring technology strategy, resource forecasting, governance, and leadership experience to TD’s Toronto-based BWI operations team.
