Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and delivery across projects of varying complexity
Develop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Coordinate architectural work with engineering and technical disciplines
Apply building codes, regulations, standards, and industry practices
Use BIM technologies to coordinate and communicate project information
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
Approximately 6 to 10+ years of architectural experience
Professional registration, accreditation, or progress toward designation
Experience independently delivering designs and technical documentation
Strong knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies
