Shape enterprise systems architecture at Fullscript through hands-on engineering, system design, and technical direction across a flexible work model.
As a Staff Engineer, you will guide Enterprise Systems connecting e-commerce with ERP, finance, demand planning, and warehouse management. You will lead complex initiatives, make architectural decisions, and build software directly. The work requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, business stakeholders, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.
Key Responsibilities: Own architecture, design decisions, and technical direction
Lead initiatives while balancing delivery and platform health
Plan and review complex systems and workflows
Identify risks and propose pragmatic improvements




Contribute directly to code and unblock developers
Requirements: Seven or more years of software development experience
Experience building high-scale web applications and SaaS systems
Solid system design and trade-off reasoning skills
Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, GraphQL, and REST APIs
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Bring enterprise architecture, hands-on development, and systems thinking to Fullscript’s operationally critical technology domain.
