Shape disability product strategy and execution as a hybrid Product Manager with Manulife in Toronto, using portfolio management and business analysis.
Reporting to the Director, Disability Products, you will support Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Absence Management services. This Product Manager role coordinates cross-functional delivery across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Finance. You will assess opportunities, develop recommendations, and monitor portfolio performance for Group Benefits priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor disability portfolio performance, market needs, risks, and opportunities
Translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, recommendations, and implementation plans
Manage initiatives from discovery through implementation and stakeholder communication




Coordinate product, service, process, and experience enhancements
Develop evidence-based assessments and business cases
Requirements: Five or more years managing cross-functional projects
University degree, preferably in business or health
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to translate complex products into compelling value propositions
Understanding of disability insurance or group perks preferred
Bring portfolio strategy, initiative delivery, and relationship management expertise to Manulife’s disability products team in Toronto.
