JSG is hiring a Raw Materials Specialist for its client in Madawaska. This position manages bulk material inventories, purchasing practices, contracts, and purchase agreements. It also coordinates transportation, invoicing, production communication, budgeting, and food safety reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage bulk raw material inventories and place orders accordingly
Maintain material flow for on-time customer deliveries
Assist with contracts and purchase agreements
Coordinate transportation department pickups and verify accurate billing
Support safety activities, meetings,



budgets, and closing processes
Requirements: Knowledge of contemporary purchasing practices and techniques
Knowledge of inventory management techniques
Ability to communicate with prep and beater room operators
Ability to report food safety management system problems
Willingness to support safe work practices throughout the mill
