Beth Tikvah seeks an accomplished, community-centred Executive Director for an key period of growth, renewal, and long-term planning. Reporting to the Board and partnering with the Rabbi, you will guide administration, fundraising, financial management, and organizational capacity. The role supports Beth Tikvah’s long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-year fundraising and revenue strategies
Cultivate donor, funding, and community relationships
Oversee financial and operational management
Lead day-to-day administration and staff




Support the Board and its committees
Requirements: Accomplished leadership experience in community-centred organizations
Relationship-driven approach with congregants and community leaders
Comfort moving between strategy and execution
Ability to review budgets and address operational needs
Experience coaching staff and collaborating with volunteers
