This experienced Superintendent role supports a major infrastructure project in Calgary, Alberta. You will oversee Forepersons, crews, subcontractors, and daily operations. Success requires construction knowledge, schedule coordination, quality oversight, and familiarity with Alberta occupational health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day civil construction field operations safely and efficiently
Direct Forepersons, crews, and subcontractors during construction activities
Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources
Monitor productivity, quality, schedules, budgets, and corrective actions
Review drawings,



specifications, reports, quantities, and field documentation
Requirements: Minimum five years in construction supervision or Superintendent roles
Experience supervising crews, Forepersons, subcontractors, and field operations
Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, sequencing, and productivity
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and work plans
Valid driver's licence and Microsoft Office proficiency
