Lead cybersecurity monitoring and incident response as BDO’s Senior Manager, Security Operations, using a blended office, client-site, and virtual work model.
This senior leadership position directs BDO’s security operations function and protects systems, data, and digital assets. You will guide threat detection, incident response, operational security, and cybersecurity risk management. The role also requires enterprise security experience, team leadership, and communication with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Establish security operations direction, processes, and service delivery standards
Oversee security monitoring and threat detection capabilities
Direct investigation, containment, recovery, and incident reviews
Manage technology partners, service providers, and internal relationships




Build and coach a high-performing security team
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience leading and mentoring cybersecurity teams
Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
Experience securing complex enterprise and cloud environments
Bring security operations leadership, cyber defense expertise, and incident response experience to BDO’s enterprise security function.
