This Manager, Applications & Business Systems role oversees support, administration, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and project delivery. You will translate operational requirements into solutions while guiding internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. The position supports stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily SAP S/4HANA support and administration
Manage incidents, root causes, problems, and service levels
Develop requirements, process designs, and solution specifications
Optimize maintenance notifications, work orders, and related workflows
Coordinate projects, vendors, risks, timelines,



and stakeholder expectations
Requirements: Degree or diploma in technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years supporting, implementing, and enhancing SAP environments
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with MM, PM, FICO, and PS
Experience leading application support, upgrades, and business application projects
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, project, and stakeholder management skills
