The position focuses on foodservice distribution, wholesale channels, customer relationships, new business, margins, and profitable trading opportunities. You will work across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop beef and lamb sales across distribution channels
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Monitor markets, pricing, supply trends, and currency fluctuations
Coordinate sourcing, inventory, specifications,



and deliveries
Forecast volumes and track profitability and performance indicators
Requirements: Minimum five years in meat, protein, or commodity trading
Beef or lamb sales experience in foodservice distribution
Knowledge of fabrication, cuts, grading, specifications, and pricing
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
Solid negotiation, analytical, forecasting, and relationship-building skills
