Design tools that correlate evidence across services for individual flows
Evaluate AI-agent diagnosis capabilities and measure their accuracy
Build reusable libraries of known failure patterns




Define telemetry requirements using evidence from customer escalations
Requirements: Five or more years of qualified software development experience
Five or more years programming with a software language
Five or more years leading system design or architecture
Experience mentoring, serving as technical lead, or leading teams
Experience across coding, reviews, testing, operations, and source control
Apply senior software engineering expertise across AI diagnosis, network debugging, telemetry, and production systems at AWS Hyperplane.
