A large general contractor seeks a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of construction experience. You will lead projects valued at $150 million or more, managing design, coordination, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality. Data centre experience and engineering, design-build, or construction management delivery knowledge are required.
Key Responsibilities: Direct construction management from pre-construction through completion
Develop and execute project plans and schedules
Monitor cost reports, forecasts, estimates, and cash flow




Prepare owner billings and oversee subcontractor payment timing
Report project progress and escalate risks to management
Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience
Over 10 years of construction experience
Five years of data centre experience
Knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software
Ability to mentor and delegate to large teams
Bring senior construction leadership, data centre experience, and disciplined budget and schedule management to major projects.
