Lead T&T; Supermarket’s ERP modernization with SAP S/4HANA and cross-functional delivery expertise. Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the CFO, this Senior Project Manager will guide ERP planning and delivery across business and technology teams. The work spans governance, release planning, process improvement, solution stability, and stakeholder alignment. Experience with Agile practices, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise implementations is important.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules
Coordinate business teams, consultants, sponsors, and implementation partners
Manage governance meetings, progress reports, risks, and decisions
Guide ERP projects through testing, launch, stabilization, and improvement
Coordinate change management,



communications, training, and readiness activities
Requirements: Minimum eight years managing ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise systems projects
Major ERP project or workstream management experience
SAP S/4HANA implementation or SAP ECC migration experience preferred
Strong Agile, Lean, ERP, and clean core knowledge
Solid English communication, facilitation, negotiation, and risk management skills
Guide SAP S/4HANA modernization through governance, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined program delivery.
