Requirements: 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or related leadership roles
Enterprise transformation, strategic planning, or portfolio management experience
Senior executive and Board-level governance materials experience
Solid financial, analytical, and executive communication capabilities
Experience leading teams across complex matrixed organizations
