This senior Business Analyst role supports Funding, Treasury, and Liquidity solutions across a greenfield analytics and trade order management platform. You will gather requirements, support traders and users, and translate operational needs into technical specifications. The role covers front office, back office, Pre-Trade, and Post-Trade functions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver platform enhancements for Repo and Securities Lending operations
Facilitate requirements workshops with traders and senior stakeholders
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
Support users and troubleshoot application issues daily
Coordinate delivery across global technology teams and time zones
Requirements: Business analysis experience across capital markets Front Office and Back Office
Detailed knowledge of Repo and Securities Lending markets
Understanding of Settlements and Collateral Management workflows
Experience with Repo trading platforms and requirements translation
